Mothers-to-be and spouses/support persons are encouraged to attend these free sessions together. In session 2, the Stephenson County Health Department staff will cover nutrition, alcohol/drug/tobacco use, comfort measures, intro to the doula program, and community resources. Arriving at your designated sports time will help prevent a long wait time. 4:00 p.m. - Track, Cross Country, Golf 4:30 p.m. - Soccer, Dance, Bowling, Cheer 5:00 p.m. - Volleyball, Swim, Tennis, Basketball 5:30 p.m. - NJROTC, Softball, Baseball 6:00 p.m. - Phantoms, Wrestling, Football 6:30 p.m. - Open to any Sport Forms must be printed, completed, and signed prior to arriving for physical. $25 fee (cash or check only) will be donated back to the school. These exams meet Illinois eligibility requirements for all sports and are good through the 2025-26 school year. These exams also meet Wisconsin eligibility requirements. |
