As the name implies, jazz music will infuse our festivities, creating an eclectic mood with overtones of fusion, soul, and swing. You’ll enjoy soft melodies, delicious delicacies, custom cocktails, and fascinating conversations with friends early in the evening, followed by plenty of opportunities to feel the groove on the dance floor later in the night. Both a silent and live auction will provide opportunities to treat yourself (or others!) to fun and fabulous baskets too good to pass by.
You’ll also learn more about the FHN Foundation’s exciting campaign to raise funds for a new linear accelerator – an incredibly sophisticated piece of radiation equipment to enhance capabilities at the Leonard C. Ferguson Cancer Center at FHN Memorial Hospital. Together, we can hit all the right notes to help scores of patients beat the cancer blues, and jazz up our efforts to continually improve cancer care.
The party’s musical palette will be provided by the popular group The Groove Hotel, whose smooth stylings and bodacious brass section are well-regarded by area jazz aficionados. So, shine up your dancing shoes, grab your friends, and get ready to jump, jive, and jazz your way to fun at FHN’s 2024 gala, ALL THAT JAZZ.
