The Family YMCA of Northwest Illinois and FHN are teaming up to bring you the region’s best healthy activities, mental health and wellness tips, and lots of fun to kick off your summer – all in one free event!
Join us Friday, June 7, 2024, from 5:30 to 8 p.m. at the YMCA of Northwest Illinois, 2998 W. Pearl City Road in Freeport for a whole bunch of fun activities and good ideas to kick off a healthy summer.
Meet Larry the llama, Hooligan the alpaca, Annabelle the miniature cow, and their friends from P&C Little Rascals, LLC petting zoo in Chadwick, plus take a ride in the barrel train!
Families are invited to participate in booth activities and take home unique prizes, enjoy obstacles courses and a bounce slide, watch live demos, meet Sheriff K-9s, check out an ambulance, and so much more! There’s even a chance to win a bike! Food trucks available on site.
