Camaraderie — FHN is built on a family-oriented culture. We are more than just a workplace, and our team members build lasting relationships, from mentorship to friendship and family, as they help improve their community’s health and wellness.
We offer a
Collegial Work Environment with nursing councils, shared governance, multi-disciplinary teams, and FHN’s Journey of Excellence (JOE) driving best practices in patient care. Our well-being program supports multiple aspects of your life. The PRIDE Standards that guide our everyday interactions were developed by FHN team members. We are a zero-tolerance policy workplace where everyone is welcome.

Community Support — We support our communities with many events throughout the year (check out the latest on our
Facebook page) including, but not limited to,
Striking Success for Children, No Child Wet Behind, and Meals on Wheels. Our team offers
community education through classes, programs, screenings, the Healthcare Career and College Fair, and the Safe Sitter Program. Team members can mentor students on their clinical rotations and through our job shadow program. Many of us also serve on various boards, strengthening the bond between FHN and the communities we serve.
