We offer flexible staffing options that put a priority on our team members’ work-life harmony. Some options include self-scheduling, hybrid and virtual work, support and encouragement for cross-training, and flexible work statuses and programs. Remote, registry, float, and weekend programs are just a few of the options available at FHN!

Self-Scheduling — Select departments at FHN offer self-scheduling, where team members are able to collaborate to select the shifts that fit their lifestyle.

Hybrid Work/Remote Opportunities — Various positions at FHN offer the option to work both on-site and remotely. 

Cross-Training — FHN team members have the ability to cross-train to other departments of interest to increase their skill set and provide variety in the work day.  Float pool options are also available.

Flexible Work/Position Statuses — FHN offers a variety of flexible work options including as-needed positions, temporary positions, part-time, and full-time positions. Many unique options are available for several departments such as weekend positions, 9-month programs, and registry positions. We work with team members attending school to offer flexible schedules and support your formal education. Internal agency offers 13-week assignments.
