FHN and RestorixHealth are pleased to announce a number of key staff changes at The Center for Wound Healing at FHN Memorial Hospital, located in the FHN Specialty Care – Stephenson Street location at 1036 W. Stephenson Street in Freeport.
Nurse Practitioner Carrie Wright, FNP-BC, WCC, has been named director of the Wound Center. She has provided care for patients at the Wound Center since it opened in 2011, and served as the Wound Center's first director.
Physician Assistant Terri Groezinger, PA-C has moved her practice to the Wound Center. She has cared for FHN patients since 2015 at locations including FastCare, Same Day/Urgent Care, Occupational Health, and Internal Medicine. She most recently cared for patients of all ages as a family practice provider at the FHN Family Healthcare Centers in Warren and Stockton.
The Center for Wound Healing at FHN Memorial Hospital in Freeport offers state-of-the-art wound care treatments from advanced products and dressings to hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOt) to help patients dealing with chronic wounds.
