Participants who have been screened and qualified for a voucher can pick up their supply of produce, milk, eggs, and frozen and canned meats from the Rx Mobile Pantry program, a partnership between FHN’s Connect the D.O.T.S. (Doors of Team Support) and the Northern Illinois Food Bank. Mandatory screenings are held at the pickup site from 10 a.m. – noon before each event. FHN is proud to be a part of the nationwide program Walk with a Doc, which gives people a chance to take a walk and learn about their health from a local healthcare professional. Each walk is led by an FHN team member who will speak briefly before the walk begins.

Hands-on learning program to teach members how to perform high-quality CPR, first aid, and proper Automated External Defibrillator (AED) use in adults, children, and infants. Class designed to prepare students in grades 6- 8 to be safe when they're home alone or babysitting. Full-day course is $50, which includes the Safe Sitter Essentials Student Handbook and completion card and basic CPR skill practice. (Class does not qualify for CPR certification.)

Students should bring a lunch. Masks are required.
