Freeport High School, 701 W. Moseley Street, Freeport Athlete and parent/guardian should attend during the designated time for student's sport: 4:00 - 4:30 pm - Basketball and Wrestling 4:30 - 5:00 pm - Soccer 5:00 - 5:30 pm - Baseball 5:30 - 6:00 pm - Bowling and Softball 6:00 - 6:30 pm - Track 6:30 - 7:00 pm - NJROTC and any sport See full schedule and details at www.fhn.org/sportsphysicals. Forms (available at link) must be completed and signed prior to arriving for physical. $20 fee (cash or check only; ATM on site) will be donated back to the school. All persons entering the school must wear a mask at all times. |
