Fairway Drive, Freeport (lower level) This pre-diabetes class, a joint program of the National Institutes of Health and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, helps individuals at risk for Type 2 diabetes take the first step toward preventing diabetes and living a healthier, longer life.
