Become a Volunteer FHN Community Ambassador

FHN’s Community Ambassador program is designed to help build support and positive relations for FHN in our communities by increasing engagement with community groups and area leaders.

Ambassadors will volunteer to speak on FHN’s behalf, formally and informally, attracting their network to support FHN and the vision of health care excellence for our communities. Ambassadors help to share information about FHN and build trust amongst those in their networks.

FHN Ambassadors will:

• Be committed to proudly and positively representing FHN in the local community
• Be FHN’s most loyal, enthusiastic supporters
• Have a broad, active relational network (on or offline)
• Possess the ability to influence others, as they must advocate effectively for FHN
• Have competent communication skills and be able to passionately describe the vision, mission, and impact that FHN has on their community

FHN Ambassadors will be supported by:

• A thorough orientation session introducing FHN, recognizing Ambassador skills, and identify any ongoing support needed to fulfill the role
• Quarterly “packets” of information about the latest FHN news and initiatives, new providers and capabilities, changes in strategy, and upcoming FHN events
• Ongoing training and update sessions
• A designated point of contact for support and guidance when needed
• Annual recognition and celebration of achievements
