The Sleep Disorder Center is a sleep lab at FHN Memorial Hospital in Freeport where technicians monitor your body's systems while you sleep. These tests can help your healthcare provider diagnose any illnesses or issues that are preventing good, restorative sleep.

Appointments are available by referral only. Your healthcare provider must refer to you the Sleep Disorder Center.

Many of our specialty care offices require a referral from primary care for your initial visit, so if you're already an FHN patient, you may need to contact your primary care provider for more information.
