2022 Flu Shot Clinics


As the flu season begins, it's important to get your annual flu shot. These clinics are for adults only. For their own safety, children should be immunized at their regular healthcare provider's office. FHN offers pediatric flu shots at our offices.

Two vaccines are available at FHN Flu Shot Clinics

Adults under 65 will receive a $31 quadrivalent vaccine and those 65 and over can get a $67 high-dose vaccine.

Immunizations may be paid for by cash or check payable to FHN, and you can use your receipt for reimbursement from your health insurance carrier.

If you are covered by Medicare Part B or a Medicare HMO accepted by FHN, there will be no out-of-pocket charge (MUST present Medicare HMO card and ID).
