FHN Stroke Program Coordinator Tracy Love, RN, BSN will talk about how to recognize a stroke and what to do if one is happening to someone you love at this free program beginning at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 8 at the FHN Family Healthcare Center - Burchard Hills, 1010 W. Fairway Drive in Freeport.

Tracy Love received the 2018 Illinois Rural Health Association Award, which honors just one individual a year for their outstanding contribution of major significance to rural health in Illinois. The work she and the FHN Stroke Team have done has resulted in FHN being awarded the Bronze, Silver, and Gold awards, as well as the Gold Plus Award in 2018, from the American Heart Association/American Stroke Association.
