FHN is proud to be a part of the nationwide program Walk with a Doc, which gives people a chance to take a walk and learn about their health from a local healthcare professional.

FHN Walk with a Doc will begin at 8 a.m. Saturday by the concession stand at Krape Park, 1799 S. Park Boulevard in Freeport. This FREE 30- to 45-minute Walk is a safe, fun, family- and pet-friendly way to get some steps, learn about health, and meet new friends.

This week's Walk will be led by Jessica Currier who will talk about Movement & Balance.

A special ceremony for parents and families who have lost a baby (through miscarriage, stillbirth or newborn loss) to share their grief and remember their loved one. Participants can pick up their supply of produce, milk, eggs, and frozen and canned meats from the Mobile Rx Pantry program, a partnership between FHN's Connect the D.O.T.S. (Doors of Team Support) and the Northern Illinois Food Bank.
Social distancing will be practiced. Volunteers will prepare baskets and deliver directly to participant vehicle trunks. No vouchers will be needed. For more information, call 815-599-6317.

Classic Cinemas Lindo Theatre, 115 S. Chicago Avenue, Freeport King Richard (PG-13) hosted by FHN and Classic Cinemas Lindo Theatre. All tickets are $4, limited seating available and masks must be worn; no advance ticket sales. All children attending will receive a special holiday gift.
