Serving northwest Illinois and southwest Wisconsin business and industry, FHN Occupational Medicine offers pre-employment screenings and exams, treatment of on-the-job injuries and other work-related healthcare needs. We provide DOT, FAA, executive, medical surveillance and respirator clearance exams, as well as return to work assessments and will make on-site visits to local employers to provide employee wellness education and health screenings. FHN Occupational Medicine is offered at FHN Family Healthcare Center – Burchard Hills in Freeport and at FHN Healthcare Center – Monroe, Wis.
