Flu Shots

FHN follows the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines regarding eligibility for the influenza vaccine for public distribution at community locations. (Call 1-800-CDC-INFO for guidelines.) All public distribution dates depend on vaccine availability. Persons with an allergy to eggs or flu vaccine or those with an illness accompanied by a fever or depressed immune system should NOT receive the flu immunization at public community distribution locations. Children may be immunized at public community distribution locations only with a written prescription from a physician indicating dosage.

Cost: Note: The cost of seasonal flu shots at an FHN provider office is $33. Call your provider's office directly to ask if seasonal flu shots are available.
