Balance Matters … A Fall Prevention Workshop, August 25, 2010

Dr. Pamela McFarlance, professor of kinesiology and physical education at Northern Illinois University, will present this interactive program on the role of exercise in fall prevention. Co-sponsored by FHN Top 50, Highland Community College, Senior Resource Center, Freeport Medical Equipment and the Freeport Community Foundation.
